Our cancellation policy allows for free cancellation within the 90-day window from purchasing. Once purchased, you can take up to a year to use your pass.
We recognise that many customers bought their passes well in advance of travel, and many attractions are temporarily closed due to COVID-19. As a result, we are now allowing customers with advance pass purchases to extend their passes for up to 2 years.
To take advantage of this one-time offer you need to email our customer service team (details below). Please be aware it may take 7-10 business days for us to come back due to the high volume of queries at the moment. There is no need to decide on your trip plans now. Our customer support team will explain how your pass will be extended and any other options or perks available to you. As an added benefit, you may even change your destination city by sending us an email with a request for an exchange.
